Que vous ayez ou non de l’expérience en danse, ce cours vous permettra de découvrir et de perfectionner les bases du jazz moderne à travers la maîtrise du mouvement, l’interprétation musicale et la connexion au corps.
Nous travaillerons aussi le cardio, la rapidité d’apprentissage et l’adaptation à différents rythmes, dans une ambiance stimulante et bienveillante, où chacun·e pourra progresser à son rythme.
